How is Kefka underrated; he's widely considered on of the greatest villains ever

 1.) There are people who think that Sephiroth is a better villian

 2.) There are people who don't think he's batshit crazy.

That alone makes him underrated.

1)That makes Sephiroth overrated

2)That's misunderstanding, not underrating

3)Even if both of those were incredibly true, Kefka is far from being the MOST underrated character of any JRPG. That's like saying Pepperoni is the most underrated type of Pizza because some people like sausager and because some people find Pepperoni too spicy.

4)I do not know why I capitalized Pepperoni, but for some reason it feels right

ahhh but there are a lot. selphie (FF8), vivi(FF9), all the cast from legend of the dragoon and the game itself¡¡¡, most of the cast from FF12 too and the cast from legend of legaia too.

 Final Fantasy 12's characters suck ass

I was just about to say that. The word "underrated" has become synonymous with "bad" on the internet (and some other places too), as of late.

Edit: I just noticed that if you put "bad" instead of "underrated" in his phrase it doesn't make any sense either. Your point still stands though... cause he means they should get no recognition, cause they are bad characters, but the word "underrated" implies that they are actualy better than perceived, so it doesn't make sense either.
