although im not a big fan of the wii, i think they got the best controls (not the motion controls) for FPS games. the IR, the B button like a trigger etc.

I agree, if used with a clever control scheme, Wiimote and Nunchuck could be unbeatable for at least a huge subset of games involving fighting, either with firearms or cold steel.

The game is still coming out for the XBox 360. I'm sure they are using a PC to create the game anyways, so it's pretty obviously that an Xbox 360 version would be done. Here is more detail.

they should some how make the d-pad and left-analogue interchangeable because i myself love the setting of DS3 but many people on the interwebs prefer the 360 controller.

That would be really nice. It seems that DS3 wins with smaller handed people, and 360 style wins with larger handed folks.
