So yeah, the new series ends next week (3/20/08) in a two hour episode!  Who else is psyched/bummed?

I started out loving the series and then fell out of love with it in season 3 and then just stopped watching.  About two weeks before season 4.5 started I started it again and had a marathon of seasons 2-4 and couldn't stop watching and now I'm in love with the series again. 

It's always sad to see a series end but this one definitely had a good run!

I saw the Razor movie and found it ok but not great, is the series on the same level or is it better?

The Razor movie gives you a decent gist of what you'll get, but there is much better material from the series. The best season was the first one.

I'm actually royally pissed at the show right now because it was moving far too slow and lumbering for being the last few episodes. Thankfully it's picking up some, but overall I'll be remembering this last half of the season strictly for the phenomenal two episodes "Blood on the Scales" and "No Exit" which were always what made BG fantastic for me, gripping, tension filled situations with last minute saves and hard decisions made.

best show ever, love BSG, cant wait for the finale (next tuesday here in the UK) should be amazing, dont forget the spin-off Caprica is coming as well
