Blizzard always has low system requirements for their games btw, no surprises there.
I wouldn't be surprised if Starcraft 2 is just as low despite how great it looks. Blizzard wants to get as many people as possible to buy their games.
It's just that simple.
Nope not buying it for a second... the release date that is. Because I'd buy Diablo III even if they split it in 7 (one game for each class).

Those specs are cool. I doubt they represent the specs you'll need for an entire room full of action even if true though.
