I just played some killzone, and I had someone in my squad that kept saying that the mic for 360 was better, and that the mic should just plug into the controller like the 360. I was lazy or else I would have gotten my bluetooth headset and told him to shut his face. I hate when people do this crap. If he wantsto move around while he plays, why doesn't het get a bluetooth headset. Oh and he sounded like he is 14(I hate kids that age, always think they know whats best, I know I was like that lol. Thankfully I had a deepoer voice.)

So he wanted a wire connected to his controller when a wireless headset works perfectly with no issues? I've been trying to find a bluetooth adapter for my PC.. lol

I am assuming he bought a crappy mic for the PS3. One that has like a 3 foot wire and is USB.(my friend has one like that sucks sooo hard)

But he was sitting there the entire match bitching about the headset. No one was even talking to him. It was just him saying how bad the PS3 was. Also saying how hard it was to kill someone. I HATE THAT CRAP RAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGE

The Official Bluetooth headset for the PS3 is awesome, why would someone prefer a wired headset. I had to buy the wireless headset for the 360 cause I hated that wire dangling in front of me, not to mention the quality of those wiredheadsets are bad.

I have an MGS4 headset, Not very comfy but it works great. How much is the official PS3 bluetooth headset?

$50 i think, got it with SOCOM for $60

The one complaint I have with the PS3 bluetooth is that it hurts my ear. They dont have an option of using smaller inner ear pieces like the awesome halo one used to have. Id even prefer something that just sat over the ear.

what makes the official ps3 headset better then the other headsets??

My logitech blutooth one is really comfy and works great. But the strange thing is, regardless of headset quality, the Americans come out way clearer than most europeans. I'll be playing online in a private game of K2 with my Irish buddys and the sound is all bassy and distorted making it hard to hear what my friends are saying, but in 32 player matches of K2 or even in 60 player matches of R2 the Americans are as clear as a phone call.

I don't understand this at all.

Its incredibly clear, it has a good noise canceling mic. it also displays all of its info on the screen, like volume, muted or not & battery charge level..
