So far I have Dan and Kaede Smith up to lvl 4 with the other characters having lvl2 and 3 stats.  Which killer do you like the best in the game?

It's been a few years so my memory is foggy, but I'm pretty sure I enjoyed using the blind kid the most. He was useful later on in the game with those Heaven Smiles that must be shot on their metallic wings so they spin so their back faces you and you can shoot their spot. Yeah...my memory is a little too foggy because that last sentence read pretty kindergartenish.

The guy who throws knives--was it Kevin?--because you never have to reload.

I was a Con Smith guy as well.  The Rapid fire was awesome.

I was a Con Smith guy as well.  The Rapid fire was awesome.

 

 

The enemy you are referencing to is called Reaper Smile  I think.  Your description is pretty close, you shoot the scythes on his arms to spin him around so you can shoot him in the back.  I quickly found out Con was good at this when I wasn't using Kaede to kill it from a distance.  Then I got Dan's ability to slow down enemies and that is even more effective against them.
