edit: I just realized you were talking about this gen playstation games. The games I listed are all ps1.

 

 

Those are on the PSP or PS3?

Batman Beyond, Beyblade, and Armorines are all on the ps1. Those games all average under 30% on gamerankings. However, there are no ps3 or psp games that average under 30% (with at least 5 reviews).
