Forums - Gaming - "Just one more turn" - A Hardcore Strategy Thread (rts no no)

I have played several Civilization games and can't see why anyone would prefer an older Civ game over CivIV. There are so many changes that makes the game fun including: no corruption/waste-> you can actually produce on towns you make far away from your capitol, culture, unit abilities-> ex: archers have bonus damage on hills and in towns, and a lot of other things I can't bring to mind at the moment.

I have always liked Civ games, but they tended to annoy me and I wouldn't end up playing them for very long. CivIV is the only one I have played for an extended period of time.
