Playing copied games is not stealing. Copying games is piracy. Piracy is not stealing because you have not physically stolen the game you have just made a copy. It could be a back up copy in case you get a scratched game disc.

I had all 3 consoles modded last generation, and currently have my Wii modded. My 360 is the only console I haven't modded, primarily due to the fact that I'm waiting for something more to come from any mods than just a means to piracy.

There are 2 main drawcards for me with modding, removing regioning and just being able to tinker with the system (homebrew, firmware hacks, etc...). Neither of these are possible with current 360 solutions (that I know of) so I haven't been able to justify the cost.

I buy original games though, lots of them. All the games in may collection are bought.

How is owning a copied game, you didnt pay for, not stealing?   You own something you dont have the rights to, that equals stealing.
