Bought my PS2 premodded. Wouldn't hesitate to flash my x360 if it would play NTSC-J or/and someone made undubs of the JRPGs on it.

I modded my PS1 for coppied Japanese games that will never have come out in the US. Didnt do it for the PS2 since Sony was gettign smart with the modded systems and encoded the CD's not to play in a modded system. With the PS3 is region free so dont need to I think.

Same with me, my PS1/PS2 were chipped...living in a country where you only have a handful of stores selling games, and when you see the prices (anywhere from $100-$250 when you covert the currency to dollars)...to have no choice....

I remember going to Zimbabwe for a few days, went to store in the mall and picked up a bunch of bootlegs for a couple bucks, pretty crazy....but with my 360 all my games are original those days are gone...
