While Bungie might not be making FPS games in the verse anymore, there are so many directions to take this IP, and Halo Wars is just another step in that direction. I think M$ should look at working on an RPG in the mold of Mass Effect, especially if that franchise shifts to a multi-company game. Of course, a movie and/or animated series based on the universe would be solid directions to take next...honestly, Halo 4 doesn't need to come out til next gen, imho.
