Hmmm....this is a good idea! (Updates on games) Especially to people that still don't have a fully updated Wii.

This is probably bad for all those people with the modded Wii's and those that use that freeloader as you might run into problems even when not connected online. HA!!

Interesting. Since I'm not getting MP3 for a couple days, I'll have to see if I get the update over WiiConnect24 before then. What's the version of the firmware reported after the MP3 update?

I'm not sure why this is big news. My PSP has had system updates from games. It's not Wii specific.

And the screen gave instructions how to not do the update. I am not sure, since I have no reason to not want an update, but if you refuse the update, you can still play the game right?
