I am not sure about the credibility of ISA. From what I have seen they are oppressors of the Helghan, so the Helghan decided to fight back against the ISA, where the war began. Visari on the other hand is not a very good person either, but I see him as no better or worse than the ISA.

Rico is the epitemy of life. First off, he caused Garza to die. Second off he talks way too much. Third when you are fighting Radec towards the end, he is no help whatsoever. Fourth he kills Visari, so now there is no one to stop the Helghast ships at the end. Basically Rico screwed everyone over.

All the ISA is a militia force for every colony, every state. There's another ISA for another planet, not a singular organization.

The UCN? UCA? United Colony BLANK is like the federal government. They're located on Earth I think, and I think the power is pretty much centralized there. They're the ones that really dictated the policies that forced the Helghans into their opression, and divided the people into Helghasts and Vektans. The ISA of Vekta is afraid that they will be the ones that will be handed the blame for the opression the Helghast endured.

The nuclear attack on the Helghast city (which the Helghast government iniated themselves) will probably be blamed on the ISA (Templar launches a nuke as his ship goes down in desperation and malice), the failed invasion will be blamed on the ISA, and assumedly UCN will come into take control of everything, both Vekta and Helghan, before the secession.

I really dislike Rico, the guy is an idiot. Also, it does seem that visari was keeping order on Helghan. It will be interesting to see how chaotic Killzone 3 is. They didn't leave off in a very good spot, it looked as though their doom was approaching. Damn this was a good game though!
