try creating a game that only allows a lower amount of people and perhaps change the time limit or number of rounds that are just search and retreive. there are ways to do everything.
I've gotten some turrent kill ribbons, or part of the 8 to get the ribbon, but those are hard. Headshots are hard for me (getting 10 in 1 round). For those, you can create a game that says "pistols only" and you'll have a better chance to get turret kills (making only pistols available of course, explore the options).
One problem I'm seeing is people aren't figuring out how to change all the options for games yet. It really helps get some of the goals you want.
