Forums - Microsoft - Could Star Ocean be better then TOV?!!!

I don't know what to do with myself anymore. After talking to Shadow Bind the biggest TOV fan EVER and hearing from him that Star Ocean is Better then.....then.....I can't say it.This is impossible there is no way Star Ocean can be better then TOV i mean ToV has Yuri Lowell.I have not played SO yet so i am going to believe Shadow Bind until i get a chance to play it.

What are your thought?

Is Star Ocean: The Last Hope really better then ToV?

STOP

I said its possibly better, I haven't fully beaten SO4 yet, and both of the games have faults and strengths that almost directly lie in the other games strengths and weaknessed. I'm not really to FULLY give up on Vesperia yet, but...damn...Star Ocean 4 is absolutely sublime. How my final decision is on the two games will be decided after I fully finish SO4, and I'm 30 hours in and on the last dungeon, so its gonna be soon. :P

But yes, as of this point, SO4 is better then Vesperia. That may change because both of them are so amazingly close to each other on what I base my opinion of JRPGs on, it all depends on what happens next...

I'm not going anywhere, and have no plans to stop supporting Vesperia in the full. It is still one of the greatest games I've ever played, and I'm gonna defend it. All this means is that I'm also going to be supporting SO4 with the same ferver, though I do note that people who think SO4 isn't that great may have valid reasons for it, unlike those who hate Vesperia >_>

Plus, don't forget about Wetcoaster, Acevil, and Zen. Vesperia still has its troops :P

Yeah I know :/ but at least we're dedicated I guess. Namco of America can blame itself for not getting more fans anyway

They both seem good... What's wrong with supporting 2 games? The more the better! :3
