Twesterm might have done it, but Twestern is a rogue mod who betrayed the site long ago.
I'll be the one doing the honors. Panda, stop making all of these dumb threads. If you don't have a good idea for a thread, just post in other people's threads instead of making your own. I don't want to be critical but this is important.
