I just find it too expensive to buy a LCD TV for gaming. In April, I am going to get a 1080P Widescreen LCD Monitor for my gaming needs and just be done with buying an LCD TV 1080p thats over thousands of dollars. How many of you on vgchartz already hook up their PS3 or Xbox 360s to a HDCP compatible monitor?
Me. DELL something monitor...22" HDCP compliant. Got my PS3 and 360 set up on it, works a charm.

Good! So, what got you to just use the monitor for you gaming needs? Was it the price of an LCD HDTV that convinced you that going for a HDCP Monitor is the more cheaper route to playing games in HiDef?
Cheaper, plus I have little space to utilise for my gaming, and my PC connects to it as well.

High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection, also known as HDCP, is a newer form of Digital Rights Management (DRM) that was designed to control digital video and audio content. A monitor with HDCP does not have the restriction and can display high def stuff.
