I had sf3 3rd strike on dreamcast and never had as much trouble on Gill as i do on Seth. Seth is just too cheap and any game where you have to be cheap to beat a game is not very well made imo.
Saying that - apart from Seth and Blanka Time Trial 11 fight 6, I mostly love it(depending if online players are being gay lol)
