The top 2 are stop on in my view, no questions asked. Just from there on it gets a bit muffled.

On FFXII being the best FF game, many critics rate it as the best. Compared to most RPGs it's better then nigh on all of them even if it doesn't feel as Final Fantasy as it should.

I dont hate FFXII.  I actually love it.  But it's no where near influential or better than the previous FF's
