Recently that Sony guy mentioned all announced games that are coming in fiscal year of 09. From what i can remember he didn't mention GT5, which is a bummer....

GT5 is announced game, we know about it.....maybe they are saving it for E3, but i doubt.

Not meaning to nitpick, but this financial year is FY2008. The thread title should read "So no GT5 next fiscal year"

And you answered your question with that last line there. GT5 is just as likely to release in FY09 as it was previously

Sony previously announced GT5 would be out in december. Unless there was a delays. Or they did to my knowledge anwyay.

Furthemore there is supposed to be a big annoiuncement from the devs pretty soon.

A few actually, that are supposed to be good.

So i'd expect GT5 on time. (though it was supposed to be out last x-mas i thought.)

@Kasz216: What do you mean GT5 was "supposed" to be out last x-mas? Sony and/or Polyphony Digital never made any official announcement like that. It's just what the "press", "fans" and/or "non-fans" shout all the time. Just predictions and rumors.
