I created a japanese account today (hourray! I know I know). So during my visit of the japanse PSstore (so weird stuff over there!). I realized that there were a top10. I checked it and guess what. Resident Evil, Resident evil 2 and resident evil 3 are in the top ten! So are japanese gamers getting ready for RE5 release? I didn't know the franchise was so powerfull over there! What do u think, RE5 bigger than expected in japan?

You reminded me why U.S. store sucks.

Considering that the original Resident Evil games were fairly popular in Japan (the ones on the Playstation), I think this has more to do with the popularity of those games rather than hype for Resident Evil 5.

The Japanese tend to like the Biohazard series more than the American community.

I have it on disc so, i'm not that sad. Still, i'll just play it on emulator, or something, all this talk about resident evil, made want to play them.
