If he did specifically say that then you win the argument.  Otherwise my comparison of Giygas to a disabled person stands.

And even then, a disabled person can be insane too, if we take "insane" to mean possessing mental schema which differ too far from the norm.

...now I feel like replaying Earthbound if for no other reason than to show that Ness is really the true 3rd strongest kid around.

Either Luca Blight from Suikoden II or Albedo from Xenosaga, with Luca having the edge. He makes every other villain seem like a pussy, he's completely insane (interestingly, he's one of the most interesting characters also)

Game villains are often much more interesting than game protagonists.
