Well Radical Entertainment has already proven themselves in this field with Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction which was an awesome sandbox game featuring huge jumps and super powers in the same vein as Prototype. They've also done sandbox games for Scarface and the Simpsons and both were reviewed pretty decently, but I have no playtime on either to give an opinion myself. Overall, only Prototype has really entered my radar. I didn't like Sly Cooper and Sucker Punch really hasn't done much else, so...yeah now you know.
