remembered who I am? Rip your heart out? I don't recall showing off my play or touting my skills, you must have the wrong person.

Anyways, I just got my madecatz TE stick, and it's some quality stuff. Too bad I really really suck with it. It's like teaching an old dog new tricks, i'm so damn used to the DS3 by now that I'm losing to people I know I can beat. I wish I had always used an arcade stick for fighting games.

I'm having no trouble at all with the DS3, i'd rather buy a stick, of course, but it's far too expensive here

Well, you're the leader of the sf4 league, i could take on you later, but you gotta understand i'm a casual lol

I really wouldn't say that I'm a leader, I'm more of an organizer than anything. But sure, I'm up for matches whenever I'm on SF4, the last thing I'll ever do is force someone to play me. Take your time, I doubt you'll be a casual if you keep at it.

Oh man, I just spent the last few hours knocking down a bunch those damn hard trials. The only ones that I have left are:

Viper's: 2-5 (stuck)
Abel's: 5 (stuck)
El Fuerte's: 4-5 (stuck)
Rufus': 5 (stuck)
Balrog's: 4-5 (stuck)
Gen's: 5 (stuck)
and Gouken's: 4-5 (got tired and retired)

The hardest characters (IMO) are Viper 2-3-5, Balrog 4, Abel 5 and Blanka's 5. If anyone here has gotten those down, then you have my respect. It may take awhile, but I want this platinum as bad as I did with WipeoutHD. If I don't get it, it's going to leave a void in my soul.

Yo, who's up for some matches tomorrow? I want to test out my stick without losing BP.

I'll be on tomorrow at around 7:00pm to 12:00am.

alright guys, thread revival time.

I have been busy as of late (work and vacation), but with the new SF4 modes coming out soon, we need to get this community going again.

I know a bunch of you still play SF4, I'll see you online.

How soon?

Also, i think i am prepared for our match, bbsin, next time i see you online i'll see if you're up for it

About the trials, you did them with the DS3? I will save for a Hori and try to get them when i buy it, i only completed Vega, Sagat and Dan

I'm usually on at night throughout the week. PM whenever you see me on, the only times I can't play is when I'm on resident evil 5 since I only play co-op.

About the trials, I did the majority of them in DS3 (all hard trials on DS3). I got my madcatz TE stick pretty recently so I'm pretty bad with it since I'm fairly new with the joystick for capcom games. IMO, the trials aren't much easier with the joystick unless you already have years of experience with a stick. It's not like anyone can start using a stick and begin ripping through. I'm sure the potential of joystick users may be higher than Dpad users, but it won't matter unless you put alot of time into. It comes down to experience and how comfortable you are with the device you use... just my two cents.

Anyways, beware of Viper's combos. High jump canceling requires insane speed and execution focus, I'd say it's by far the most difficult. Good luck.

We need to set up a tournament when that update hits. I'm pretty sure there's an observation mode aswell.

Did i say Vega, Sagat and Dan? I meant Bison, not Sagat, lol

Well, i'll keep trying on the DS3 then

Have you completed them by now?
