"Dr. Tenma, according to you, lives are equal. That's why I live today. But you must have realised it by now...the only thing people are equal in is death"---Johann Liebert (MONSTER)
"WAR is a racket. It always has been.
It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler
ok, this is rather easy.
PS3 - movies and HD games + I can play PlayStation games, because it is PS1 compatible.
Wii - I can play every Nintendo console game ever made, along with other systems. nuff said
X360 - Has backwards compatibility, and I really don't care for the Sega consoles or the PS2 all that much

I don't know. This seems almost like a trick question.
What happens when your PS2 and 360 break? You're kind of hosed support-wise and those are the two most likely to break.
There's no breaking. You have a RRoD-proof 360 as an option, and a completely indestructable PS2, etc. The durability/quality of the hardware isn't an issue I wanted to address -- which is why I stated in the OP that they are all unbreakable. Similarly, I didn't want people to vary their opinion about the availability of a 1080p HDTV or 7.1 surround that would be necessary to fully enjoy Blu-Ray, so you've got that on your island as well.
If we throw all those variables in, start throwing in fees for online, etc. etc... it gets too complicated to discuss in a coherent manner. I'd even go as far as to state that those variables, and their varying weights from person to person, are the fundamental reasons people have so many "which is better" arguments here on the forums, to begin with.
