In an interview with Variety, Paul MCartney’s confirmed that the upcoming Beatles Rock Band game will “feature different periods of the band — you get early days, Liverpool, then psychedelic, and on from there. It’s very cool. And I like the idea that the game introduces kids to music, you know?”

Still no word on when we can expect the 45-track game, but if what McCartney says is true it’ll include everything from the bowl cut days to the tripped-out hookah-smoking phase.

i`m really hoping they include i want you...man that song would totally kick ass in the game....

I'll be very angry if they don't include While My Guitar Gently Weeps, that track screams "put me in Rock Band!"
Good to see it'll include from all periods, while I prefer the post-Rubber Soul Beatles, I'd like to play Help! and A Hard Days Night, for example.

Though I'm sure that one of those 45 tracks is bound to be Helter Skelter...I hate that song with passion

I love Here Comes the Sun, one of my favourite songs, but I don't know if they include songs with acoustic guitar instead of electric. Still, it'd be awesome to play it

I want Come Together, Drive My Car, Eleanor Rigby, Happiness Is A Warm Gun, Help!, Revolution, and She Loves You.

I hope they put Glass Onion and Why Don't We Do It in the Road? on there.

I hope they put the entire 16-min Abbey Road medley, that'd be awesome to play too
