In Canada, where I live my friend went to pre-order the collectors edition (luckily I already did) and we were informed that every Collectors edition across canada has been SOLD OUT! Across all platforms

 

That is incredible to me as I didnt realize that this game was so antcipated Congrats Capcom

I actually just credited the lack of SFIV hype was just because us Veterans :P were all going to buy it and know it was going to be hott but seriously this game has alot of unheard hype behind it. Hows the reception in America? and did anyone else get a Headband:D im going to kick some ass

Unfortunatly EBgames in Canada doesnt usually get to give out those free pre-order stuff because those free stuff are mainly for America. But of course they can give out like the cheap stuff like codes to free demo. Sucks.

As soon as my friend could, he went an pre-ordered it. He can't wait for Tuesday........we have a week off from school, and all he's gunna do is play it. I probably won't see him for that week, even though he lives like 5 minutes away from me, lol.

I thought so to but I got a headband and now I look like a black version of Solid Snake..I mean Ryu

best thing to do, then, is go to his house during that week and beat him through button mashing.

Nothing frustrates a hardcore fan of a game more than being beat by someone who doesn't know what they're doing=P

I might actually try that. I've never really played any Street Fighter games before, or at least I've never been very interested in them. However, thanks to being on this site, I got to see some footage of it, and I think I'd like to try it. And I would probably ruin his whole week if I beat him, with my button mashing skills, lol.
