As a gamer I would say MS!!!

Yes, lets ignore multiplayer for an FPS.

Oh FFS.

Stop lying :-/

Every review so far that has mentioned a time on KZ's singleplayer campaign has said 10 hours.  You just randomly cut several hours out :-/

And on topic: Kitler is right.  Both investments, both will probably get return on their investment.

This is a stupid comparison. How about comparing the money MS spent on Halo 3 against the money spent by Sony on KZ2. At least that's a comparison of an investment made by both companies into their biggest first party title, instead of a loan MS made for some DLC.

I thought the rumor was that Killzone 2 was the largest entertainment product ever produced in the Netherlands, having cost 45 Million Euros to develop?

If that is true, wouldn't the correct question be "Who spent their 45 Million Euros better ... Sony on Killzone 2 or Microsoft on GTA 4 downloadable content, Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 2?"

@ happy: That sum did not come up in the report on the Dutch television, only that it was an amount that would make a hollywood director jealous.

And I think that Sony themselves have refuted that high of a cost.

More like:

KZ campaign:

9 to 12 hours

KZ multiplayer:

hundreds of hours.

Sony wins.

This is an idiotic comparison but I will play anyway.

The simple fact is GTA is a better known series so I would be willing to bet M$ has a better chance on making $. KZ is not known anywhere near as well and the first game is mediocre at best. So if I were loaning my money to these people I would have went with GTA from the start.

I'm really good at FPS's!

Guerrila games mentioned that its roughly 10 hours, but the short length is one of the few complaints brought up against the game.. but that doesn't matter, I'll edit it to 10 hours.. wouldn't want anyone to start to cry!
