A report claims that the a-list couple were arguing over Brit Lewis…
Chris Brown’s alleged assault on Rihanna was caused by an argument over Leona Lewis- claims The Mirror.
The paper reports that Umbrella singer Ri’ caught Brown flirting with Bleeding Love star Leona at a pre-Grammys party and was not happy!
A source told them: "Rihanna saw Chris flirting. He and Leona were laughing and Rihanna saw his hand on the small of her back… It was totally innocent but it set Rihanna off."
The couple had their argument in Brown’s Lamborghini on Saturday night. Reports claim she threw his car keys out of the vehicle before the alleged assault took place.
One gossip website now claims that Rihanna was angry when Chris received a text from another woman.
So far the Forever star has only been charged with making ‘criminal threats’ and released on $50,000 bail. He is expected to appear in court on March 5.
