so im gonna buy a game a tommorow. gamestop/eb games is $10 cheaper then bestbuy.

i remember going to buy nba 2k9.... i brought the empty case from the shelf to the dude. he opens the case i gave him and goes under his desk... gets the disc and the manaul then puts it in then tapes the case...... i just laugh and said what the fuck is this? then he says it new -_-

whose expierenced this before? should i go buy from gs/eb $10 cheaper or go to best buy for a sealed copy. i only buy games that are sealed from the factory and not opened games....... thats y i dont buy used games

Very few game stores keep their disks in the cases because of theft concerns. I suggest you learn to accept this, it does not scratch the disks anyway, and I'm sure that they would let you inspect the disk to make sure of this
