Ok so I have a GIF approximately 1.8mb in size and i need it to be 150kb so i can make it an emoticon om MSN.

The GIF in question is actually the Optimus Prime GIF floating around in someone's sig here on VGC.

Can someone tell me how to resize the GIF (i can do this but it comes out as a still picture instead) so as to maintain the animation?

As for the dimensions, I dont know.  Just small enough that it could fit in an msn convo but not so small u cant tell what it is.

If it still looks fine take as many frams out if you want .  I have no idea how this all works lol.
