I hope Square STOPS doing remakes. It takes away resources from NEW games. I don't care what platform they come to, as long as they aren't remakes.

I know it's sacrilige to say it, but the FF frachise is old and tired. I haven't managed to finish the last two FF games I tried to play (X and XII). I put a lot of hours into both of them, then just lost interest.
What I want to see from Square is a resurrection of the Bushido Blade franchise. For Wii, of course. ;)

It's about the greatesst game ever OOOOHHHH /joke Seriously, Bushido Blade is a fighting game with the most realistic combat ever, i.e. getting hit in certain places actually wounds you there and can disable your arm (for example) if it is bad enough. You can even die in one hit if you are hit badly enough. In the story mode places you are wounded in in a fight will be bandaged in subsequent rounds. Made by Square on the PS in their "experimantal" period. (Like Einhander)

Let me get this straight. You don't think that Square makes enough FF remakes? I'm a big fan of the series (I'm subtle about it tho ) but if they do what you are suggesting I will puke. And it will just distract them from actually making new games. Or even (GASP!) original ones, like they used to do sometimes.

It does have a story, but like most action games it's mostly an excuse for the action. But there is a story, and you do go through single player mode and experience it. (Or does the manual explain the story ... ? I suppose I'll have to play it soon and find out.)

I didnt read the trhead so may be someone posted this, but they already made 3 for DS, and they are remaking 4, so they sorta are doing that already...
It would be a good, quick move to help Square get some good sales on the Wii platform.

Dude serioulsy, stop with the insults. FF8 (my fave ff game) did not have bad gfx at the time. They were amzing and was a precursor to the ff games we have now ( full scale characters and life likeness). FF8 is pixlated like most ps1 games but in many ways was cleaner than most. As was nine cleaner than 8. You prolly like 9 better than 7 or 8. 8 would be to hard for you and the junction system roks but is very complicated. you need like gems and shit like kh for you. plz stop with the SE. if you haven't played full ff games how are you a fan. Your just a disney fan. I got every ff (mainstream) and both KH plus figures so I would say I'm a fan. Also try a little game called vagrant story that roks. Anyways I got a squaresoft shirt :P the bouncer hehe . Anyways, can you settle down abit. we know you're a nintendo fanboy and a SE... why all the post on them... it's not like we can't figure that out. It's kinda like me promoting sony and trying to let everyone know im a sony fanboy! ppl already gather that. Stop with FF and KH on the wii. Boring already... ps. keep saving for a ps3 - KH 3 will be ps3 exclusive :O
