And they go out of their way to say "Brand new, factory sealed, in-box" on the page where I purchased it from.  I would've just saved a few bucks and went used if I knew this was going to be the case.  I would send it back but the damn thing works like a charm and I don't have the patience. 

I thought I'd turned over a new leaf by not buying any games in the first month of the year (I owned 15 new games in January alone, last year).

In the past three weeks, I bought:

• Killzone 3 ($60)
• 250GB Xbox 360/Kinect Bundle ($400)
• Dance Central ($50)
• Charge and Play Kit ($20)
• Kinect Power Supply ($30--didn't come with the bunde)
• Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter ($60)
• Little Big Planet 2 ($60)
• USB Flash Drive ($30)

And I still managed to convince my GF that I've only spent $200 on my addiction!!
