I'm on my PS3 right now so please forgive any format errors as I have to do that "p""/p" thing.
I bought Monster Hunter for the PS2 in January of 08 and finally made it to Rathalos, I was stuck for a while an Yan Kut-Ku amazingly after beating him the game just became simple and the Gyceros(however it's spelled) was a cake walk, this was all with two weeks ago. (I was stuck with Kut-Ku for a very long while.
Rathalos is my problem, I figured I'd ask for any strategies as I don't want to beat him and finish the game in January 2010. I'm a great sword wielder and I'm using the mob sword based on velociprey, I have the full Kut-Ku set and the full Clepho set as well as the death sword that stuns.
Pretty much I'm just looking for a trick spot, like with Kut-Ku and Gyperios (however it's spelled) I could stand right under them and do tilt-up and tilt-right, but Rathalos doesn't seem to have any spots on him where he has no options to really hit me without making it apparant.
I think the sword I have is Great Serpent Sword. (624 atk)I believe that's everything. Thanks
