Neoratt, I can see why you thought of that solution, but I think it will be too much work going forward and we shouldnt affect all the other members because of one member.
I think we need to look at suspicious gamerscore getting on a case by case basis. In SleepWaking's case, if you think that the current games and any past games (like SC4) is enough evidence of game save usage to get gamerscore, then remove him from the league. From looking at other winners, no one else seems to show this sort of rapid gamerscore activity offline so there is a case.
The other option is to give him a final warning and say if future games show this type of activity, he will be removed.
Ok how about this:
1 No new rules because of me, I don't want others to be effected by something silly as this.
2 If one time I get achievements out of order I will get banned from the league.
This was just a one case scenario anyway (although I don't know about GTA4, don't worry though I will never play it on the console again, I will be playing it on PC from now on).
Also I do not care that much about the league, so if league members really want me out, I will have no objection.
I don't want SleepWaking out of the league personally. Regardless if he is cheating or not I thought it was tacky how everyone ganged up on him and also find it funny that people are studying other peoples gamerscore that closely.
I understand a friendly look or the league admin checking it out but just straight up studying it because someone gets their platinum out done is petty to me.
I remember several races where he had a game before anyone else and could have exploited that and instead backed off and let other people catch up. I realize everything is fishy at best but guess what, computers make mistakes. What happened to the benefit of the doubt? For the few games in question look at how many races and how many games do not show this trend with SleepWaking.
Just my two cents that no one asked for :)

I don't think anyone ganged up on him, 2 seperate people voiced their own concerns.
As for race watching, when you're in a race you tend to check the scoreboards. I check the Halo Wars scoreboard daily just to see if I'm still ahead, so its easy to see progress other people are making.
seece, my bad, it kind of seemed that way to me. But I guess not.

I totally understood Erikers, I mean I would be suspicious myself if something like this would occur( although I would have never bothered to find out), Ronster did tick me off though it really sounded like he was a very bad loser.

I'm not "studying" anybody's gamerscore. I looked at the page for the game I was playing as a lot of people do and saw somebody go from 300 to 800 points in a day on what literally might be the most time consuming, hardest game on the 360 to get points on so I asked about it. Plenty of people passed me on platinum games and I've never said a word about it before.
But gee I guess you're right though, if 500 points pop in 5 seconds and I go look at why and see that they are in impossible orders, it's very petty of me to mention it right? It's not like this is a league and people are in races for games or anything?
I don't want to see anybody cheat in anything and I also don't want to see Sleepwaking banned from the league if he didn't do anything wrong. Just for you though JPL, if I ever see anything out of the ordinary or odd going on, I'll just never say anything or even question it.
I agree, why don't we give him a warning this time. If there are more incident of irreguarities then he should be remove from our league permanently.
Also to be fair to Erikers and anyone who are working on Platinum DMC4 and any games for that matter, where his achievements show irregularities should be disqualify. It suck for him if he did get it legit, but that how it is in any competitive league. If your results are questionable then they usually get disqualified even if it's not the players own fault. It's suck for the one person but it's fair to everyone else that is in this league.
