This is a vague question. Now, allow me to elaborate on what I m trying to ask. Last generation was interesting. The PlayStation 2 dominated the industry considerably while it's competition sold a decent amount of hardware. Of course, as gamers, we're not all to interested in hardware aspect of this industry but of it's software. Let's face it: software sales hardware. The point I'm trying to make is; as I look at the plenty of games that I purchased for the PS2, rarely do I see first-party software in my collection. All of the software belong to third-party developers yet, in this gen, I'm actually more stoked for sony's first-party software now than ever before. So, who do you support more this generation? First-party [exclusives] or third-party [exclusives, multi-plat, etc]. Also, has your support changed since last gen? Discuss.

Guidelines to understanding my train of thought:
- THE METAL GEAR SOLID FRANCHISE IS THE BEST THING TO HIT THE PLANET SINCE THE PS3!! THUS, MGS FRANCHISE >> SLICED-BREAD.
- Solid Snake shall and well always shove 1up mushrooms up Mario's ass.
- Solid Snake shall and well always decimate Master Chief with a flurry of rocket launchers, shotgun rounds, and a 20 minute monologue.
