Its pretty much a given Halo 3 will pass 10 million this year, it only needs to average 19,944 units a week for the rest of the year. Thats without factoring in boosts from Halo Wars (HW + H3 Bundle!) and ODST plus the christmas boost which gave it 360k+ in December alone last year.

So when do you think Halo 3 will pass 10 million units sold?

I'd say it will pass it around the time ODST is released. It'll get a boost from the bundle and maintain low 20k for a while, then it'll get a boost when the new game comes and the marketing kicks in.

For sure if they do any ODST/Halo 3 combo packs.

If we count the bundle...it might not be that far away. If we don't count the bundle....it might not make it.

When it gets bundled with every 360 sold.

Halo 3 just had a MRSP of $39.99 as of today.
It's now $39.99 at Gamestop, local Wal-Marts, Best Buy and supposedly Target.

Looks like 10 million is going to be coming pretty soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if halo 3 sells a million copies excluding bundles this year.
