Does anyone wish to polish up their crystal ball and make some predictions?

I think the analysts will have it pretty accurate -- that Sony will lose over a billion dollars.

Does anyone have any idea whether they'll announce any sort of restructuring here or would that be for another time?

There will be some details I'm sure among the usual pre-number chatter that occurs.

Personally, I think you're spot on with the total loss, but I think there may be a few surprises in store.

For instance I think that the gamin division, while still in the red, might show more signs of improvement than expected, and the electronics division to do slightly worse than in the mid-Jan warning.

As for the Sony financial division, I don't expect them to be opening any bottles of Champagne any time soon either lol

I predict a lot of Sony doom treads, tomorrow.

Oh boy. Tomorrow might be hell. I have a feeling warnings and bans are going to be flowing like water.

I hope the best for Sony, but I fear the worst.

Analysts have it all wrong, Sony is doing fine and all sectors posted a profit. Layoffs will be reversed and everyone will get their jobs back. PS3 will follow crazzyman's predictions and win the console war.

@Onyxmeth you should start now and kill the trouble before it starts. You could make a thread and detail terms which are NOT to be used such as "Desperate, pwned etc" and give stern general warnings rather than put the fire out after its started.

I still predict a torrent of fanboy tears though. Theres nothing like delusion meeting cold hard facts to destroy a day.

Finally some optimism!
