That's not likely to happen. You need quite a strong PC to emulate the ps2, so this one would have a substantial porting budget.
By the way, FF12 played through PC emulation is awesome. There's so much detail in the models and textures on the characters you can bump up the rendering reso quite some without getting that nasty "uprezzed old games" look. If it wasn't for the static images they used as backgrounds (which of course don't scale well) you wouldn't say this was an oldie.
