It means at least one of these is probably true:
1- SCE is overly confident and will continue posting losses (they did state PS2/PSP sales are lower than expected besides the currency issue; both these things together costing them $340 million).
2- They're making restructuring plans in secret.
Either way, I wouldn't laugh too much, it will probably backfire at some point.
