Forums - Gaming - The Elder Scrolls V - What Region should Bethesda go for?

List your preference. Then explain why you want to play in that region.

Bethesda should let us play in Skyrim.

I want.. the game to be Scary
I want.. Beautiful Gfxs and Difficult Adventures in the Mountain Snow.
I want.. to interact and drink mead with the Nords, enjoy their 'Vikingesque' culture and their women :D
I want.. Deep Forests, Frost, Blizzards and Ice, Frozen Rivers and Lakes, Glaciers and Avalanches
I want.. No scaled leveling!
I want.. Huge Cities (at least one)
I want.. to be able to levitate above the city wall (like in TES II: Daggerfall)

What do you want?

Skyrim looks too plain. I think Black Marsh sounds the coolest.

Feel free to add me as your friend-PSN ID: Bobo012893

that map starting to look like one of World of Warcrafts map...

J/K

I like sound of Skyrim as well :D

IV was in Cyrrodil, III was in Morrowing. Where were II and I?
And I'd prefer a redone Cyrodil... more alive. That or Skyrim

I think you need to get outside more often :P j/k Skyrim sounds alright but I agree with Bobo012893, black Marsh would be my personal choice.

TES II: Daggerfall was set in High Rock and Hammerfell.
TES I: Arena had all the regions (believe it or not!)

For starters, I'd like them to actually make Elder Scrolls V.....hopefully they'll announce this year that they've already been working on one :)

But I guess the Black Marsh sounds cool

That would be Valenwood. (Wood elves do have green thumb, you know. And thats my answer too.)

But, I think they will dumb it down even more and maybe get rid of more than half skills etc. We have seen this happening already and masses do not like complex games.

Definitely Black Marsh. Less tame is better.
