For me it's was just before christmas in 1986. My parents bought a NES with super Mario Bros. I remember the first time I play that thing on our big 24" TV. It was my first "orgasm"... :)

haha... when i got the sega mega drive with the CD bit, and playing tomcat alley for the first time... my dad joked that it was actually a movie, and i was like "heh. a movie on a disc. don't be silly"...
