Neither Bush nor Obama controls the entire US capitalist system. They can oversee it by appointing key players but really have no say in the matter except through action that may or may not even suceed. This is not even like the GD. Then around 25% unemployment was the norm and people killed for food. We are a nation of incompetent whiners who like to have it their way. Live and learn, or better yet, interview someone who lived through that time period.
