Dawn Of War II Shipping Early

Last we heard, Relics' second swing at a Warhammer 40K strategy game was due on February 27. Since then, however, things have changed, and the release has been bumped up a few days.

Yes, up. Not delayed. Pushed up. Brilliant. The game "went gold" earlier this week, and instead of hitting shelves on February 27, will now hit on February 19. That's only a month away!

I am seriously tempted to buy soulstorm to get into the beta but I played soulstorm and hated it. I guess I just have to wait.

are they releasing this early just incase StarCraft 2 hits in the summer? lol

I'm so disappointed with the beta.

Thrown straight in to a multiplayer that has nothing to do with the previous games without so much as a "How ya doing?"

I think i'm gonna have more love for the previous games, but i'm still buying this as soon as possible.

Ever heard of custom games?

Where you can pick any out of the available maps and play against any computer or human opponent?

Do you really need a tutorial that shows you how to move the camera around?

Just set up a custom game against an easy computer and you will figure out everything you need to know.
