So we've established that it has nothing to do with how people kill seals, and is entirely about the animal people are killing. I think we can stop talking about how cruel it is to club animals to death then, since apparently there's no good way to kill a seal.

Now, what exactly makes seals more important than other animals? There are animals closer to extinction than seals, and there are animals smarter than seals. In fact, that was the whole point of me bringing up whaling, because you seem to treat seal clubbing as a bigger issue when whaling seems like a far worse problem in every way imagineable and would cause a discussion that is much more informative and useful than...this thing.
