I think you have that backwards, as she's a year younger than he is. He's 18 now and she's 17, at the moment, so she is still a minor.

Nah...I'm pretty sure he got off a fatality. I don't know whether it was a simple dragon kick or if he pulled her head and spine out but something killed that little girl.
