Why does home and end not work for me.

On my PC when I hit home it goes to top of page and visa versa.

When I hit either on the notebook nothing happens.

Do I need to configure it maybe?

i think Home just goes to the start of the line that the cursor is on. page up and down will move the cursor up or down the page.

i think this is just the way it is... no config can fix this (not 100% on this though).

On the home and end keys, are there any other symbols? On my EEEPc laptop, the home and end keys are also the left and right keys. To use home or end, I have to hold the function key and press left or right.

i figure since it's a laptop and they were saving space by adding more functions to keys not used as often as others.

my thinkpad has screen brightness functions added to the home/end buttons.

Just arrows but I will try that later when I get on to it thanks.

As in a Mac Notebook?
