Forums - Gaming - Sonic unleashed last mission + boss fight really really suck ***SPOILERS***

OMG just finished sonic unleashed and I HAD to talk about last mission in eggman land!!! What a real pain in the ass, 50 minutes to clear a level guys !!! This was so bad, can't believe sega could make something that boring in 2008! And let's talk about the dark gaia boss! Yffffffffff what were they thinking about with their "giant temple" flight??? But the worst part was at the end, when you gotta beat the dragons that create the shield. First, you can see almost nothing, and then, when you hit one of those f***** dragons, sonic often hits a stupid rock (and lose rings of course) ... I know this isn't interresting, but I needed to share all my hate for this last mission with you guys! And BTW, don't buy this f**** game!

Around the Network

It wasn't that bad, i just didn't like the fact that they treated it all as one fight, being that game over = do the whole damn thing again, starting back from the giant golem fight

The problem, of course, is like all 3D Sonics. The final fight is simply too over-the-top for my liking, which has been true for all of them: Perfect Chaos, Final Hazard, Metal Overlord, Devil Doom, and Dark Gaia (i never played Sonic 2006 for PS360)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I don't know, maybe you are just not that good at the game. I had no problems beating the very last "dragons" boss. You just stock up on rings as you fly to it...

The boss fight was too over the top as previously said. and I did die once which meant I had to restart the whole thing which was kinda lame, but fighting it again was fun.

The final level was awesome. 3x sonic levels + 3x werehog levels in one level...so like 6 levels in 1. It takes a bit of time but its fun and resonably challenging.

Too hardcore for you? I heard the Wii version doesn't have that final level...maybe thats the one you should have played.

Solaris was terrible.

Pixel Art can be fun.
