I always use condom, and most of the time pull out. Never know these days. Plus she always is done before me so I kind of have to.

As for the tampon thing: no way. If shes on that time of the month I'd avoid anything down there unless youre in a shower.

^^How can a girl be "done"? Just because she has orgasmed once doesn't mean you have to stop. Most women are multi-orgasmic, so keep going. As for pulling out with a condom, why not just make sure it's still on by holding it at the base when you're actually orgasming in her. It's best and safest (unless you want to go with the facial, but discuss that with her first).

^But if the second orgasm takes longer, and he's "done" in the meantime, that could lead to some problem, or post penetration cunnilingus, which could be a problem for some people. Why not quit at a high?

 Ok, I didnt want to explain any further but alright. When me and my girlfriend have "real" sex (in the sence we have privacy and time) it takes up to an hour or so. I can hold it a very long time, so after a couple of times that she orgasms, she is done. She starts to get raw so it starts to hurt and she can't take it anymore, so we finish other ways.

Just have her start stimulating your perenium ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perenium ) when she wants you to finish quicker in her. That was my solution to that "problem."
