Forums - General - Is it possible to NOT know you're pregnant until you're in labour?

The answer to the question is obviously no. It would have made more sense if she was a man.

That means I've seen way too many pregnant men...

Ive known a few large girls in my day, and one managed to go 8 months before even being questioned if she was pregnant, so its possible. though one would think the morning sickness would be obvious

This isn't the first time a pregnancy caught the Steads off-guard.

Two-year-old Cameron was born six weeks premature in July 2006 in their home bathroom, weighing three pounds and 11 ounces. His birth was marred by complications and last September he underwent a bowel, liver and pancreas transplant at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

WTF mate.

You can actually go into full term with a baby and not know it. Some babies are very inactive, so they mother would have never felt the baby move. Also, some women get their periods still while pregnant. So, they figure the weight gain is from eating too much, or something of the like. When a woman has her period during her pregnancy, that means that she is having a problem and it should be looked into. It's her body's way of saying, "hey! we're having a problem down here!". Also, she must have been big to begin with.

I've heard of this before. There are always those wacko girls who have babies at their senior proms in high school, and had no idea they were pregnant. It's totally insane. They just pop in the bathroom, have a baby, and then go back to dancing.

yeah I've heard about this and I've heard nurses and people claim it too, but it seems completely unreal to me.
